One Used Harmar Scooter Power Chair Lift With Swing Arm. Condition: Used; (Good Serviceable Condition). The Lift Assembly works as it was designed and is 100% complete EXCEPT it is missing the small wiring assembly that connects from the vehicle battery to near the rear bumper of the vehicle.
